The BELLMAR project consists of a 60 foot high mast for a million
dollar water feature. The mast has large sails hooked to it, to
become a shade for the courtyard in the mall. It is made of 3/4"
thick steel grade 50 plates that were plasma cut, press brake
rolled and welded together at Advanced Metals. It is 48" in
diameter at the bottom and 21" in diameter at the top. For a
project of this magnitude there were very few fabricators that
can supply the steel from the mill, fabricate the part; deliver it
and install it.
